Can i still donate blood? Iam 18 years old, 65 kgs in weight, 5'1 in height and a cigarrete smoker. Can i still donate blood? If i smoke everyday? Like a 7 sticks per day? I need to donate blood in my school because we have a project that we need to donate our blood. and my last drink of alcohol beverages was about a month ago. I think my healthy i didnt get any sickness and disease for the last 2 years. Pls help me if i can donate blood. Ty

This is a link to the eligibility criteria for blood donations in the US. I would guess it is similar in other countries.

There is nothing about smoking at all.
