Go to start, then click on computer, then click on add or remove programs. It should be in there. Also check for its folder under downloads and do a search, which when you open a folder on the top right corner of the page there is a search option. It asks name of what you are searching and if you want it to search in all files and folders. If the search can't find it, and you looked in all folders and it wasn't in the add or remove programs and it's still doing popups etc., it might be spyware on the computer, maybe the file downloaded could of been from a malicious phishing site posing as the regular site. If you put it on the computer with a cd, I would call their number and ask. Otherwise maybe call a computer repair company, they may be able to help you figure out how to delete it.

I'd suggest a free tool like Revo Uninstaller. It will uninstall every part of a program you wish to be gone.
