I'd wear coloured skinny jeans with a cute sweater top and wear my hair pulled back and up on the sides with hairclips or maybe with a cute headband.
A little mascara and a rosy pink lipgloss and light cologne. Totally cute and he'll notice you if you smile at him!! : }
