so how both works ? and i believe the first one is just a 3D big screen thats it

Neither of those are holograms, that's for certain. In real life, holograms do not work like that at all. Holograms are not projections into the air like movies always show them as.
The second example appears to be augmented reality. The people standing there only see the images on a monitor. You can even see the guy trying to get his kid to look at the monitor. There are android and iPhone aps out there that you do things very much like this...but it's not a hologram.
The first one with the tiger I'm not completely sure of the technology, but it appears to be similar to a 3D movie.
