Guy friends vs girl friends?

It's happening to me (I'm a guy) and to a couple of other guy friends so I know how you feel. Some girls can be mean sometimes but it's how they are. Guys like us are more chilled so we take it slow and feel confident talking to girls. I have one of my best friends who is like a sister to me and I'm like a brother to her so we're pretty much chilled with each other and around other friends too. Anyways if you feel that girls are trying to bother you all the time, hang out with guys for awhile. That's what I would usually do to avoid drama and I'm friends with pretty much everyone even a few people who I know too. Try and get to know other people too and hang out.

I'm a girl, and I actually prefer hanging out with guys because, you're right, they're just more chill. Not all girls are mean or catty though. Probably the reason they're all stuck up and stuff is that they might think you're hitting on them or something. Idk why they would think that lol it seems like you stayed pretty cool but some girls will be like that. Also, I think some girls are more comfortable just with girls. I feel out of place and awkward unless there's guys around, because all the girls are talking about makeup and boys and hair and I'm just like uggggghhh am I the only one that likes sports? Some guys seem to think I'm flirting or something if I try to hang out with them, even thought I'm not, and some guys are totally cool about it and just treat me like one of the guys. Anyway I doubt I'm being any help lol, but just giving you a girl's perspective. Good luck (:
