Modern Greek Architectural Training?

Update:

Back from a 10 week multi-island hopping trip , stayed in many different places , and used facilities provided in many food+drink places . Super trip , but ,

Why in Greece ,

which in classical times created wonderful masterpieces of great architecture ,

cant your architects design ergonomic bathrooms without gross deficiencies and obvious major shortcomings ? ( Often funny , but sometimes annoying or even dangerous )

Is this topic not covered in their modernday training ?

Most likely where you stayed were rented rooms or hotel rooms and it is a fact those are constructed with the minimum of space possible so that more rooms can be added. It is also a fact that in many houses of older constructional periods were also small. Especially those made on multi-storey buildings for the same reasons of space.

Newer constructions have more spacious bathrooms and more ergonomic.
