There was a beetle in my nose and I squashed it?

I also have a bit of a cold so I don't know what is snot and what is beetle. I got most of it out but some bits are missing like the head and as beetle squashings are a little squidgy, bits are stuck.

It crawled in while I was lying down.

    Just keep blowing; it'll come out. But if you swallow it, it's no big deal. Your body will digest it just like anything else. The only time I'd be concerned is if you start to get a sinus infection. To prevent that, it's not a bad idea to get some STERILE saline solution and rinse the sinuses.

    Well I have heard it all now. As long as you got most of it out the rest may go down your throat to your gut. Maybe you can cough the rest of it up. Sounds like you need a bug man to spray your house down.
