How do you fight lethargy?
I've been extremely lethargic for a year now. I have psoriatic arthritis and a messed up back. I've been treated for my conditions and can tolerate the pain but I am very lethargic during the day and find my energy at night. Even with an 8 hour sleep I just want to lay down all day

Talk to your doc about this. One of the best natural remedies is to exercise early in the day. Any exercise will do - whatever you are capable of doing. You might have to force yourself to exercise in spite of being tired.
If exercise doesn't work, then medications such as antidepressants or maybe even a low dose of prednisone might help. You could ask your doc to see if any medications might be appropriate for your situation.
