If God is omnipotent then why would he be upset with anything that a mere human does?

I would question your source that tells you that god gets upset, because I do not believe god gets upset. That is a human emotion; god isn't human.

I don't know your age. Any parent that has a child that disobeys, gets upset with them. If they don't, then the government removes the child for the lack of care and training that the parent failed to provide.

HE did not feel upset ,but feel pity on them that they decicde to follow the path of satan who is the arch enemy of GOD and mankind to perdtion and be in hell with him eternally by their own hands.
