nobis tablet keyboard not workin?

I just got my new Nobis tablet and the keyboard does not work.

What can i do to get it to work? Or do i need to return it the deal is over but i could just get tablet for$44.

    Its the usb keyboard that's not work i should explain better i hook up tablet to my phone charger nd it works but when i put in USB keyboard does nothing

    the keyboard only pops up when there is a text input box on the screen
