'Why do so many not understand about M. Brown getting shot was his fault?'?

Brown's DNA was inside the car, he was NOT shot in the back and his hands were NOT up.

Pants up, don't steal.

I would like to see some of these know-it-alls have an elephant charging them, and let's see if they would just use their baton or spray. Something was definitely wrong with Brown. A normal person doesn't rob a store, try to wrestle a cop's gun away, then charge at him. It's so easy to say what should be done when it's not you.

Because there is no evidence at all about what happened after the cop shot him in the hand at the car. Witnesses testimony varied. There was no video. And nothing in the autopsies proved anything other than he was shot several times. If you read the reports of the crime scene techs, you will find that they picked up shell casings from at least ten bullets. Does that sound like it was a responsible shoot to you?

There will never be a determination of who was at fault, and apparently from you, there will never be any acknowledgement that the cop COULD HAVE been at fault.

Look at these answers, it's pathetic how many excuses they're willing to make for Brown, seriously we're talking a crazed 300lb man on drugs charging and they expect a cop to go fight him with a baton or pepper spray.

Maybe if the cop was trained properly and didn't panic, the situation would have been under control.

Officer Wilson was justified in using his sidearm when Brown was attacking him while he was trapped in his vehicle but once he was out of his SUV he had access to his ASP baton and his OC spray and he made no attempt to use them. Instead he went straight to deadly force.

That is a lie. Find whomever told you that lie and give him a good smack upside his head for lying.

Oh they understand but their irrationality precludes them from accepting facts.

The fatal shots were delivered from 30 feet away.
