How to deal with mean people?

So this boy at school is super rude. He's always insulting me or messing with me. The other day he called me ugly out of nowhere. We were In Science and he randomly came up to me and called me ugly. Or once in middle school I liked this one boy who didn't like me back so the rude guy would tell me every day "you know Dylin doesn't like you" "he called you ugly"and I'm half black half hispanic so he's calling me a ******* or a spik. Then last Friday I had cutmy bangs ccause they were getting way too long and he said I look horrible know and called me ugly again. I don't know What his problem is. I know in like 6th or 5th grade he had a crush on me then on the last day of middle school he ran out of nowhere and kissed me on the lips then ran off. I've never been attracted to him nor have I Ever liked him at all. He's an a s s hole and always messing with me. He doesn't have many friends and he's always trying to hang out with mines. We don't let him in though cause he's such a jerk.
