I know that seasonal means it is just for the tax season Jan.-April. What exactly does the rest mean? I applied for an intern position but this is the title they gave me in an email, am I still just an intern?

If you applied for an intern position and you got hired, then it seems like yes, you're an intern.
Administrative assistant typically means that you pick up the slack when basic stuff needs to get done like copying, filing, stuffing envelopes, and whatever else you're asked to do that's legal.
