finding job after unreported employment?

Im 22 and i worked from my senior year till recently for cash under the table as a non structural collision repair technician/ general laborer in a small high end resto/custom/collision body shop... i have spent thousands on tools and have years of experience but dont know how/if theres a way to tell possible employers about this, ordo i just sell all my stuff and flip burgers for a living?

I would only describe on the resume having spent 100s of hours on an auto body repair "Hobby" you can probably reveal more in a verbal undocumented interview.

You can tell them about it, and hope they don't report you to the IRS for tax fraud.
