How does blood loss effect someone?
When I was younger, I got pushed on the asphalt and my knees scrapped the ground. They were covered in blood and I could barely lift my legs to move them so I had help to get to the school nurse. A year ago I had cut my finger on a can of food which had less blood loss but I ended up vomiting. Why did I vomit on less blood and not vomit at all with more?

This very very small extremely tiny amount of blood loss will NOT affect you physically.
YOUR problem is psychological one.
