what is point of this caricature?

Probably would help if the signs were in English....BUT my best guess is that it refers to the myth that only 1% of America has the wealth and that 99% is protesting that situation....it also makes a left handed slap at the maturity of the US military ( teddy bear ).....I am guessing these are troops returning from Afghanistan

America has many internal problems...... things that need our attention....many of our wounds are self afflicted.....but the disparity of wealth is a canard....a false "problem"....

The irony of this scam is it is being promoted by the richest people in our government.... Nancy Pelosi who has made this a national issue.....is a millionaire....as are 8 of the ten top wealthiest Democrats in Congress who are pushing this false issue.....disparity is not the problem.....
