Why do people never read past the title of a question on here unless you tell them too specially?

Update:

I have seen that on many legit questions on here that are not spammy but people give crap answers or half answers barely even answering the question.

It's like people these days no longer know how to read.

    Because they're doing it for the points not trying to answer the actual question.

    Many do, but you are right, some have a 3 second attention span and are just answering for points.
