Do you agree or disagree that it's ridiculous how penalties get enforced on kickoffs rather than the first play of the drive?

With the rule change, most kickers are already kicking the ball deep into/out of the endzone. 'What's enforcing it on the kickoff going to do other than give players a reason for a free flag?

    I just wonder why coaches don't strategically try to pin teams within the 20 when they get the extra yardage instead of just sailing it through the end zone.

    In the old days, they were not even enforced on the kick offs. You made the extra point, and declined the penalty.
