But on the site it says all workers are provided with free uniforms and replacements
I asked her and she changed the subject
What should I do? I don't want her to take $70 of my pay if It isn't neccessary

Are you sure you are looking at the appropriate website? If she said they are $70, they are $70. Make a big deal about it and you may just find yourself on the street, without a job.
Other reasons why: The website may not be up to date and they are not going to update it for one small change. Perhaps, too many people were losing or misplacing their uniforms, thus the charge now. Perhaps, only so many are free and there is now a charge. Perhaps, they used to reuse them and new employees complained about getting a used uniform in less than great condition. This was what I experience when I was in my teens and working part-time. We were expected to grab one from the many hanging up each time we went into work. At some point, I made a nice one my own because so many were faded and thin - quite old. I took it home and brought it back each time, using the same one. Any one of these could be the reason and the employer doesn 't want to bother explaining the details or sound petty. I suggest pay it and be grateful to have the job.
Whatever the reason for the charge,

Ask for clarification and a signed receipt, does your Boss have a Boss? Or is there another company office who you can ask
