What would the import fees/taxes/etc be to import a product marked as(PC hardware/ PC parts) with a USD value of $3,300 from Estonia to the United States?
How is the entire process handled?

If there are any custom fees - you have to pay them to the carrier be it DHL or USPS or fed ex or ups or whoever the shipper may be before they will give you your pkg. Even if you decide to refuse the pkg - you have to pay the fees to the carrier. No taxes - custom duties/fees..
If you want an accurate answer - try a duty calculator PRIOR to buying . Be very specific in your description & add shipping costs if asked.
