How would a high quality translator go with your low standard of English? Gotten? Really!

There are lots of plastics molders located in China, which use the raw plastic. There are lots of them in Guangdong province, the areas around Shanghai, etc., for the electronics, industrial, and toy industries around there. Now if you're talking about manufacturers of the raw plastics materials, polymers, etc., most of them are not Chinese companies, most of them are from outside China, like GE Plastics, BASF, Exxon, etc.
