My Yahoo Answer cannot sort questions from the 'newest' ?
Basically, when I want to search a question, it would automatically start from "Relevvance". However, when I clicked sort from the "Newest", it still displays the "relevance" section.

It is the latest in a long series of glitches. Everybody is having that problem. If you want to let staff know, find the "Suggestions/Send Feedback" links on the GEAR at the top right and post there.

I have the EXACT same problem. No matter which you select, it still comes back sorted by relevance. Yahoo broke it. I tried to post in "Suggestions/Send Feedback", and it timed out. Looks like they broke that also.

This has been a problem for several days and needs to be reported in https://yahoo.uservoice.com/forums/211240-us-answe... where Yahoo! staff will see it as they peruse and scrutinise the new Suggestion Board.
In the meantime you can use the "My saved searches" function.
