Is there a fee for using a Visa Gift Card online?
So I am going to be buying a $100 Visa gift card probably tomorrow actually, and I plan on spending almost all of it later on that day. At last check I had a bunch of stuff picked out on Amazon.ca and the total cost with taxes and delivery ended up being $98, so I have enough. Although now I am seeing that they charge you two dollars every ??? For whatever reason? Does that apply to me? Because I'll probably only buy those $98 worth of items and not buy anything else for a long time. Its basically just a Christmas gift you know. So am I good? Do I need to pay for fees or something? I don't get it.

It would be wiser to pick up an Amazon gift card and avoid the fees. Visa/Mastercard gift cards are a real pain.

Paint your own toe-nails rather then sitting for a pedicure.

Gift cards are a bit of a rip off with various fees and the like. You may have to top off the card with cash to complete the transaction.

Plan active dates using your hubby, such as bowling or perhaps golfing, instead of dinner plus a movie.
