Would you judge your friend if she dated a boy with a disability???

Question

I have met a boy with a disability. I have a disability myself. I have a wheelchair but I can walk a short distance. But am afraid when people hear we are going out will the judge us ? Call us the two disabled couple. The boy I have met is kind and caring but he isn't the best looking. I know first thing my cousin will judge me for going way him and tell me off that I could do better. I am unsure to continue seeing him or should I not take any notice of what people will say. Just looking for your opinion . Many Thanks

I wouldn't judge anyone for having a disability.  That doesn't define who they are. If they are happy that's what's important.  And if I was that persons freind I would be beyond happy to see how happy my friend was.

ALL that matters is  that YOU are happy. Nothing else should matter. It's YOUR life, no-one else's just YOURS, and you need to make choices in life that determine the path you take. If YOU like this guy and he makes YOU FEEL GOOD about yourself then don't worry about your cousin or anyone else's opinion. It's NOT their life. Be happy! Do what you feel in your heart is right for YOU girl...We cant ALL "AGREE" on "everyhthing"....sometimes we just have to....AGREE!....TO DISAGREE on certain  subjects. It's that easy!...Good Luck!

I wouldn't judge someone if they date a disable person. I am not worthy enough to judge on someone's life.

Maybe but why should your care? If you like him then go out with him. Don't let someone else to decide the way you live YOUR life
