My girlfriend dumped me because of my sspeech impediment. Would you date someone who had this. I want to kill myself?

That's f*cking disgusting and she's a b*tch and totally not worth your time *at all* - OK, maybe I have my own speech problem in the swearing stakes! Look, you have a speech impediment - so what? You didn't choose it, it doesn't hurt or harm her and it doesn't take away from who you as a person nor does it make you any less of a person. Firstly, she's a very vain and superficial person and secondly, a very heartless person. I think she must her own speech impediment too because she isn't very tactful with her words or very caring with them. What she's said could completely belittle and ruin your confidence. Don't let that happen.

As long as your a nice, decent person I wouldn't let it bother you in the tiniest bit or worry about your speech putting girls off. You will most definitely find a girl who loves you for you and will love everything about you, speech impediment included. She just wasn't worth your time and the only thing I would do is feel sorry for whatever poor bloke winds up with her next. Let's hope for his sake he's deaf!

I've never met anyone with a speech impediment so I'm not fully qualified to answer that question but if I met someone I really liked and he had something as insignificant as a speech impediment I wouldn't let it bother me one little bit and it wouldn't put me off of him, either. Okay, first of all, anyone that is so mean and insensitive to say something like that to you is definitely not worth you killing yourself over. Trust me on this one. Second of all, I think it's a load of bull. She was dating you to begin with, so this speech impediment wasn't an issue then...why is it an issue now? I think she just wants to date someone else and is giving you an excuse that makes it YOUR fault because she can't fess up to the truth. That makes her the bad guy, and girls hate being the bad guy. And your speech impediment doesn't even sound like it's that noticeable. She's just not a nice girl. You're better off without her, trust me, and you'll find someone else that makes her look like something your cat dragged in.

She knew you had a speech impediment when she started dating you. It makes no sense that, that would be the only reason. She might just be using that as an excuse and doesn't want to tell you the real reason. But would I date somebody who had a speech impediment? Yeah. We all have things about us that make us different. We shouldn't be punished for it. And don't kill yourself. That ***** isn't worth it, no woman is.
