You reached your limit of 20 questions.
It's a glitch, and a refresh will fix it.
After you started your answer, the question was reported as a violation and removed.
The person asking has blocked you.
Those are the usual reasons.

It's possible you've reached your daily limit of answering questions, which for level 1 is 20 per day. Here's a link that explains more about how points and levels work here on YA:

One of three possible reasons:
1. Yahoo glitch.
2. Yahoo doesn't support your computer or you IP. (It doesn't like IE or Firefox much anymore.)
3. The person blocked you.
