How do we stop them from killing cops, burning buildings, robbing stores, and causing violence at schools?

We can start from schools and colleges. Tolerance zero for any type of misbehaviour, and put strong guards or police to patrol the relevant areas. And not only on black areas, but everywhere else where needed. Because the children will be the main losers in the long run.

But assemble the parents to educate them too of the necessity of the move first. There may be problems there too sometimes, in which case the same method of isolation should be considered.

This because the problem often start in the community and the families, from early childhood onward.

We must all remember that It would be very difficult for anyone to survive such an environment. Sub-cultures form that may distort the whole picture of any society, then isolation follows.

You can't straiten a tree when it has grown, only when it is young, for the sake of the tree. Many, many mothers in particular would thank you.

Next, educate the society as a whole. Another difficult task full of pitfalls, but only then would humanity make a step forward towards towards greater relf-realization
