What is considered low income for a family of 6?

Answer the first question and also we are paying off a house so if we were considered low income due to our income would that change due to our housing ?

    This amount can vary by location. I mange low income property in Oregon. My maximum allowed income limit for 6 people is $40,300-$48,360 per yr.

    Being low income or not does not change due to any housing circumstances. You are either low income or you are not.

    You don't mention anything about wage earners in your household, what they make, your state, ages of family members etc. It's too vague to entertain an answer.
