is it true that the breasts of woman who have had breast augmentation feel different from natural breasts?

    Breast implants that have been placed under the chest muscle feel more natural than those simply placed under the breast tissue.

    Yes, there usually more firm in an unnatural way. Doesn't bother me though, lol.
