How long do you cook pork shoulder?

Its 7.5 pounds.I already got it marinating in the refrigerator.I just need to know how long i'm supposed to cook it for.I looked online already,some people say 8 hours at 400 d,but idk if that's too long or too short.I want it well done. I'm cooking it in the oven.Can somebody please help me?

    I cook mine for about 10 hours until it reaches an internal temp of 203 F degrees to make pulled pork

    its much better to cook meats by its internal temp than time
