How can I spam with fewer keystrokes?

I send out spam by the dozens or hundreds every day, but I keep wasting time doing the same things -- go here, copy this, go there, send something . . .

I need to automate the repetitive stuff so I can be faster.

    Maybe pay someone to write a program that automates the process.
