Brand new computer crashing on startup.?
Update:
My brother got a computer today, pre-built and installed with windows 8.1. We booted it up and it immediately crashed. We can't update anything because the computer crashes right when it finishes booting.
Update 2:
We tried to re-install the OS, but it said that the disk we had was invalid. We were trying to use the disk that came with the computer
