Help with lucid dreaming/keeping a dream journal?
Ok, so I want to lucid dream really bad so I started keeping a dream journal but I always forgot to fill it out, any tips on how to fill out a dream journal successfully and lucid dream? I am asking this becuase for some reason I really badly want to create my own dream world in which I live in during the night, any help?

I can lucid effortlessly . I spent my Childhood day dreaming and creating my own realitys an ongoing imagination is what you need
