How do i print out a photograph from my pictures. I am using windows 8.1.?

Open the picture with your favorite graphics program, then on the menu click on File-Print.

OR

You can load the picture in MS Word then print from there.

Double click the picture you want to print then click the button that says print at the top left corner and then click print and then go threw all the infomation ad then click print at the bottom right corner and it should print

for best results, be sure to be using photo paper. You can use any brand, but using the same brand of paper as the printer can produce better results when you're unsure of what to do.
