Can my husband file for divorce in two different counties? I live in California.?

No, he can't. He can only have ONE divorce action at a time...if he changes his mind about where he has filed, he needs to drop that action before filing a different/new one.....

First of all I pay rent. You don't know what I'm going through Karen so you can't accuse me of not being compassionate. I love the dogs but my preference I don't want to sleep with them I'm not use to that sorry.
