I need help. What is wrong with me? I need help getting my life back?

Hey so I'm a 16 year old girl, (sophomore in high school) and this past year I've been hanging with the wrong crowd (while also occasionally hanging with the "right crowd") and you know, I went from being the good girl with good grades (which mind you, I've still been getting) but I don't care as much anymore. All I have been wanting to do is get drunk and high, and I think I've been killing my brain cells. I really need help. I have even bought my own pipe (for $40!) I don't want to stop.. But my parents found out and my mom HATES me for it (my parents are split and I live with her) and she's making my life a living hell. I already suffer from depression but she's making it so much worse (she always have but this time takes the cake) and I feel so hopeless. I'm in a long distance relationship and all I want to do is be with him but I can't. I'm ******* up my life.
