Yeah but its also a lot of differnt opinions. 2000 mg is too much salt. Sodium n sodium chloride not the same. Get most from plants n a small amt salt, probably best way to. Real salt not table salt iodized with added anticaking stuff. It is bad for high blood pressure though so b careful with

Pretty good on cuts and sores after initial pain, the bad in it I'm sure is overrated.
