ya i have seen this that some men fusses over women's feet. lots of men especially while speaking do takes a sneak peak of the feet of the woman they are talking to.
for the longest period of time i could not understand why this happens until someone told me that it acts as a big turn on and for some women this region can be there erogenous zone as well :) amazing lol :D

You'll never understand unless you actually have a foot fetish. I have a foot fetish and I love sweaty dirty feet. I love licking them, smelling them and sucking girls toes. Toes are my favorite parts of feet and soles are very sexy too. I can't be aroused unless I see feet.
