Where can I find more about permission of every level?
I just learnt that Level 7 users can re-categorise any questions but that is not told officially by Yahoo!.

There are also no ads below questions at level 4.

Here is the list of points and levels. However, they have not yet added anything new Level 7 abilities to move questions to other categories.
