Help me pick my commander?

i have options for mono blue commander deck. so of my commander options are mono blue but i would use them in a mono blue edh deck.

options:

Thassa, God of the Sea

Lavania the Tenth

Draxos of Meletis

Tromokratis

and please provide logic to your choice :) thanks

    Use Draxos. I used him with my Blue commander deck, and he only brought me good luck. I guess it all depends on the cards in your deck.
