Harming myself.?

I always have the urge to do harm to myself. I took a few pills a few nights ago, and I feel the need to do that again. I feel unsafe with myself sometimes but I'm not always sure what to do..

You should make changes to your life, do things you enjoy/think you'd enjoy. I'm not saying that go back to things that you once have enjoyed but try new things or buy yourself things that you've wanted. Just improve your surroundings if you can, you don't have to buy things that you don't have either, you can simply buy a better version of the things you already have that you often use. In these cases money is the thing that is going to buy you happiness, not life-time happiness but enough to get you through your current situation. I would not advise you to go to a hospital before you improve your life condition and have less of these thoughts, because mental health professionals are normally unable to help you, most mental health treatments are either loosely connected to the issue or placebo and may even make you feel worse at first until you'll get only a little bit better than you were in the beginning.

However mental health professionals are more able to help you with prevention so you can get their help with not falling back into the condition you are in now.

You need to go to the hospital straight away and tell them you want to harm yourself and did a few nights ago by taking pills. They will have you seen by a mental health professional and assessed to see what treatment they can offer you to help you get rid of these thoughts. You need to go to the hospital.
