If it's a legitimate Hollywood production, she can request a body double for the intimate scenes. For most of the work done, actors will fake orgasm/sex, and use a crotch cover. But if this 'film' is more to do with porn, then that's a different story.

hi mom.. one question.. MONEY OVER BODY AND PRIDE? well think about that. if you feel uncomfortable, then you shouldn't be doing it in the first place. Don't even think that you'll get used to it.
