While I was in jail I was put in a restraint chair until I **** myself for cursing the guards. I was no threat. Can I sue?

I crapped* myself. I don't know if they gave me medicine or not but I was not combative in any way. When they told me to get my *** in the chair for cussing someone OVER THE SPEAKER (female, I am male) they put me in the chair and didn't let me out until I woke up covered in feces.

I want to know if I can sue and how to go about it. They were observing me for medical reasons, I was NOT COMBATIVE in any way. Nor am I mentally ill in any way. I am thinking they gave me Phenobarbital to just shut

... shut me up / sedate me because I was cussing them but I was no violent in any way and ONLY cussed them once! I cussed them after I was put in the chair but I thought it was VERY cruel, shoulders suspended, arms, and HANDS and feet and legs, and I never really did anything to merit it. I was in jail for a MISDEMEANOR and have NEVER committed a felony ever in my life.

Also another jail they transferred me to, the only thing they provided to drink contained aspartame and they used hard water,

.. used hard water for the shower and drinking water, I want to know if I can sue them too. Yes, tort, I want them to never do this to anyone else ever again.

I complied when they told me to get into the chair, hands together as if in prayer. This is RIDICULOUS. I have searched and found other people have received 6 figures, I have a decent lawyer. Thanks to everyone who answers.
