Please, about the immigration officers on the US airports.

In 2003 I overstayed couple months. The officer did not ask me for an I-94 card, so I kept it with me. Last year I sent this card back to the US London Kentucky office. I would like to visit the US for vacation on a new Visa and Passport. Do they know I overstayed when I arrive in NYC ? 12 years ago there was no electronic system as today. I am also coming back after 12 years (longer period then 10 year bar) I only want to know if US immigration knows that I left the country in 2003 ? Alright, I should be punished (lets say 10 yr bar from 2003) but I think I should be let in now. But I do not know the attitude of officers and what they can find out. I can prove that I left the USA in 2003 and never came back. Thank you.

    YES you overstayed.

YES the Border Officers will know.

Will they let you in? MAYBE.

You have no right of entry. Entry can be denied for many reasons. You can expect to be asked questions about your overstay.

Hint they know when you left by when you entered some other place.

Of course they know. The overstay will be on the record that comes up when your passport is scanned. You have no rights in this and you have already shown yourself to be untrustworthy.
