Are we not allowed to comment on "resolved" questions now?
I tried to make a comment on a question I answered and there is a red border around my comment and it says "You cannot comment on this question."
Someone must be butthurt because they were wrong and I was right.
It's interesting that someone went through my answers and reported a whole bunch of answers that Y!A allows others to point game with right after I posted this question.

Yes we can still comment.
When you get that "You cannot comment" that means you are blocked by the asker which means you cannot comment on any answers given.
It could also be the person that answered has you blocked if it is just one you can't comment on.

As Whizzz pointed out - either the OP has blocked you or the user of which you tried to leave a comment under has. This is Nothing new - I get blocked from asker/OP accounts when said OP doesn't like what I say. In said case - you're Not able to leave a comment anywhere - even under your own response. Now if it's just under a certain user - the OP hasn't blocked you. Instead the user of which you've tried to comment under has.
Depending on said reason - it might be best to block them back.

No, we can still comment.....maybe you got blocked, if you have a history of problems with the asker it wouldn't be surprising
