Sure, just need to build/buy an engine designed for a turbo, shoehorn in the intake/turbo/exhaust/intercooler, wire it up, tune it, probably beef up the trans... looking at a pretty big project.
What is your budget?
About $2,500 for a used long block, $10,000+ for a Cosworth, plus all the goodies that you need to make it work, so budget accordingly.

Not really the bottom end has to be setup for a turbo, meaning a lot of internals
