Very possible eventually. The US pivot to Asia was for a reason. The 21st century will be the asian century as Europe gets left in the dust. I can easily see an Indian or Japanese or Chinese president in the future. Or a mixed asian.

Sure... why wouldn't we? It's just a political position to be filled for a few years. Ultimately not that significant apparently as they all seem like puppets. Perhaps 100 years ago it meant something when corporations didn't own DC.
