Why are pancakes so yummy?

    Well I suppose because they're basically fried cake batter, which is essentially sweet and fatty to begin with (by fatty I don't mean like heavy fried like a Monte Cristo thing). Over the last few years I don't even put syrup on them any more, but then I only order specialty pancakes, not the ones you find at Perkins.

    Cause we butter them up then dump 500 lbs of yummy syrup on them !!
