??HOW TO REDUCE MENSTRUAL PAIN?
So my girlfriend is on period now,her period was late for 2-3 days and now she is facing some preety strong pain in her abdomen (obviously because of the period).. I hate when she is in pain and I tried to warm her stomach and I made her tea but it's not helping.. So any suggestion (it doesn't have to be professional) that could help would be very apreciated.. Please help as soon as possible :/

Applying heat on the stomach helps so if you have a hot water bottle or heat pack that would help, if not you could make a homemade rice sock. Just get a clean sock and fill it with rice then tie a knot at the end and heat it up in the microwave. You could also maybe run a bath for her so she can have a relaxing bath and maybe add some essential oils like relaxing chamomile or lavender.
Painkillers that I would suggest are Ibuprofen (think Advil over Tylenol) or pain relief targeted for period pain which you can find in most shops. Offer to watch TV or a movie with her and snuggle up with some chocolate – distracting her from the pain may help.

I find advil liquid gels help a lot. Having a bath also makes me feel a little better. Rubbing your stomach and things just does not help. Advil or tylenol would probably take the pain away, or at least reduce it.
She'll have to tough it out:/
