i have a title loan but i dont want the car anymore what do i do with the car? do i give it back to the title loan company?

    Ideally you would pay off the title loan. At that point you could do whatever you wish with the vehicle (sell, trade, scarp, etc.). If you do not pay off the title loan then the lender has a right to take possession of the vehicle, giving you zero compensation for it's value. By doing so you would also destroy your current credit rating.

    yes, surrender the car to title loan company (the lien holder).
